Qualifications

• Experience leading MGSE teams and delivering complex mechanical systems.
• Strong background in structural/mechanical design for ground support equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MGSE engineering team of 15+ mechanical engineers, designers, and staff.
• Oversee design and delivery of MGSE systems from concept through commissioning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet program milestones and budgets.
• Review designs, calculations, and drawings for accuracy and safety.
• Interface with leadership and external stakeholders on technical requirements.
