Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, guide a team, and drive efficiency across work orders, delivery schedules, and inventory processes. You will mentor staff and foster career growth, while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a nationwide distributor of water and infrastructure products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Experience leading a warehouse group or function.
• Manager or leadership experience.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Preferably, YOU have:

• 5+ years of related experience
• Prior experience leading a warehouse group or function
• Manager &/OR Leadership experience
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree.
