Work Shift Day (United States of America) Job Summary: The Suicide Prevention Manager will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the strategic, quality and safety initiatives related to suicide prevention across the health system. The Suicide Prevention Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and supervision of the suicide prevention team to ensure high quality services and education are delivered utilizing evidenced-based practices. This position will be responsible for identifying system training needs and leading process improvement initiatives. This position will also be responsible for developing relationships with leadership, key stakeholders and team members to help achieve goals and Key Performance Indicators.
Masters Psychology or Masters Professional Counseling or Masters Social Work or Masters Other / Related Field
All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor LCSW - Lic Clinical Social Worker GA or LPC - Lic Professional Counselor
Minimum 5 years of management experience in a behavioral health setting; experience in suicide prevention within a health or behavioral health system
