American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is dedicated exclusively to the success of businesses around the world. Our mission is to help businesses thrive. GCS’s Global Marketing team is responsible for end to end marketing to all GCS customers and prospects in the US and abroad. The Launch Strategy team sits within the Chief Customer Officer team in the Marketing Hub and is focused on creating and launching impactful marketing strategies that address customer needs and business priorities to drive acquisition, engagement and loyalty.
This position will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing end-to-end Acquisition and Customer marketing strategies for new product launches and refreshes. This role is a unique blend of marketing strategy and implementation and provides the opportunity to lead and influence marketing strategies across GCS.
