A prominent company seeks a sourcing manager to lead a team and drive enterprise initiatives. The role requires strategic planning and project management skills, along with a solid educational background in business or quantitative disciplines. Candidates must have significant experience in sourcing and leadership, enabling effective team development and negotiation.
This position manages and leads a team of professionals in support of enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives.
Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in supply chain, business, finance, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years of professional business experience in analytical/quantitative sourcing activities across multiple complex categories, including program or project management roles. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements. Proven leadership experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Outstanding human relations, negotiation, and communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership. Excellent analytical and process/project management skills. Ability to innovate and produce high-quality results and sourcing solutions across multiple categories consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep knowledge of the supplier landscape for Information Technology (IT), experience leading teams that deliver value, understanding of IT value chains, financial acumen, and Total Cost of Ownership.

Pay Transparency
This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and maximum. Actual starting pay depends on experience, market level, location, and other factors. Employees may be eligible for additional pay, bonuses, or premiums. The company offers health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay
U.S. Pay Range: $9,786.68/month - $13,212.02/month.
