This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the Solutions Engineering team within the F5 Tech vertical with focus on technical sales. Responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and for promptly reporting violations of the Code or other company policies. Manage the SE team including conducting performance evaluations, approving paid time-off, assigning or delegating work, providing on-the-job training, giving guidance to staff, conducting performance improvement plans, taking disciplinary action, and interviewing candidates for open positions. Develop SE skills assessment and job planning. Ensure SE team is customer focused – may include but not limited to the following:

• Drive Product Requirements and Business Units
• Ensure customer success
• Drive Customer Support awareness through a transparent escalation plan
• Customer/Partner management
• Demonstrate ability to understand customer requirement and challenges and present related F5 solutions
• Provide product feasibility analysis in support of sales efforts with sales representatives

The annual base pay for this position is: $207,000.00 - $310,400.00 F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.
