The Role

As a Manager Solution Architecture, you will lead a regional pre-sales technical team to support sales acquisition and revenue retention for the Lumen Mid-Market Sales Team as they acquire new customers and increase account penetration into the existing customer base. The team is dedicated to understanding our customers’ businesses and creating compelling technical solutions to address their challenges and ambitions. You will play an instrumental role in driving the company's growth and exceeding revenue targets.

WFH Opportunity - must live in Pacific or Mountain time zone.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Builds a high-performance team, hires and retains the right talent in the right roles, sets goals, delegates work, holds reports accountable, and develops and empowers direct reports to make decisions and take action.
  • Develops and ensures attainment of the team’s sales and revenue growth for Large Enterprise Accounts Coordinates and directs the creation, preparation and presentation of technical proposals to customers, and provides leadership and technical guidance to staff and customer technical staff to ensure a complete understanding of how the company's services will best meet the customer’s needs
  • Develops and implements long-term strategy with sales leadership, specialist sales teams and channel partners to ensure existing and potential customers are provided with compelling solutions that address their customer’s needs.
  • Provides insights and feedback to Lumen Product Teams to inform them of current and future customer requirements.
  • Fosters a culture of continuous growth through learning, educating and mentoring.

  • Able to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or 5-years of equivalent industry experience.
Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors

Location Based Pay Ranges

$128,174 - $170,888 in these states: AZ, ID, ND, UT.

$134,579 - $179,435 in these states: CO, NV, OR.

$140,994 - $187,982 in these states: CA, WA.
