We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven conversational interfaces and IVR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5+ employees and 10+ contractors in developing conversational AI and IVR solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using platforms like Kore.ai, Dialogflow, and integrate with Avaya systems such as AEP, Aura, Breeze.
• Ensure system integration and optimize customer engagement technologies.
• Maintain high standards of software quality and performance.
• Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest AI and IVR trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python, and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools like Kore.ai, Dialogflow, and extensive experience with the Avaya tech stack.
• Excellent vendor management, project management, and communication skills.
