The Production Manager is responsible for driving performance, continuous improvement activities, and clear and consistent communication across shifts. The position is responsible for maintaining a safe and cost- effective operation that meets quality standards. This position serves as the point person for coordinating trials, documenting processes, and adherence to procedures and best practices. The Production Manager provides leadership, manages facility resources, and meets established quality, regulatory, profitability and strategic goals.
