Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.000000 | Full Time | Primarily Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM | This position will support our APP Urology, APP Endocrinology, and APP Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinics

Position Qualifications

The Manager of Practice Operations is responsible for managing all facets of practice operations for assigned practice(s), to include management of: support personnel; financial and budget performance; patient flow; facilities; supplies and equipment; telecommunications; physician/provider scheduling; patient appointment scheduling; patient relations/experience; front-end revenue cycle operations; clinic staff development; electronic medical record support and optimization; quality improvement and LEAN initiatives; and practice development. In so doing, directly manages all practice support staff while working in strong and active collaboration with providers and key health system and community leaders. Ensures effective day-to-day practice operations in accordance with Asante's mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive clinic experience to include formal leadership, required
• Experience in a group practice setting, preferred
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related discipline, preferred
• CMPE: Certified Medical Practice Executive certification from the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE), preferred
