FedEx Logistics in Rosemount, MN is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to support the development, implementation, and administration of HR programs and policies. The role focuses on advising management on complex HR issues, leading staffing, coaching, and performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related HR experience, with strong analytical, communication, and process-management
Provides broad-based support for the development, implementation and administration of HR programs and policies. Provides consulting services to general management on a variety of issues related to HR including employment, recruiting, employee relations, HR programs and policies.
Essential Duties
Minimal Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related discipline required.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years related experience. A related advanced degree may offset experience requirement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong analytical, quantitative, and PC software skills required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal, coaching, consulting, and process and project management skills.
Frequent travel may be required.

Pay: $8,896.99 - 15,124.88
Additional Details: Candidate can be domiciled at any Twin Cities Metro Area location, Rosemount is preferred.
