Pay: $47.57 - $76.11 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree Nursing.
State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Certified Professional in Patient Safety required within 1 year of hire.
3 years of patient safety or quality experience.

Summary
Oversee the management of a facility and/or regional based patient safety program.
Responsibilities
Develops facility and/or regional patient safety program priorities and effectively guides program to achieve zero preventable harm. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
Oversees the timely evaluation and follow up of patient safety event reviews, including Root Cause Analyses, structured debriefs and Apparent Cause Analyses, to ensure thorough investigation and action planning to prevent recurrence. Conducts Failure Modes Effectiveness Analyses as a proactive tool to mitigate future patient harm.
Utilizes statistical methods to identify, evaluate, and report patient safety trends to key stakeholders.
Collaborates with Regulatory, Quality, Infection Prevention, Risk Management, Patient Representatives, Medical Staff, and Leadership to improve patient outcomes.
