Job summary

FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Pay: $98,945 - $158,308 / year. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Overview

The Manager of the Operations Consultant Team will lead a high‑performing team focused on decision tree improvement and design, standardizing access workflows to optimize scheduling workflows through data‑driven review. By collaborating closely with clinic leaders, the team enhances scheduling efficiency, improves the patient experience, and supports accurate, reliable access to care across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of access experts responsible for building systemwide decision trees in Epic and optimizing scheduling practices.
  • Collaborate regularly with clinic operations, clinical leaders, and physician stakeholders to align access strategies across diverse care settings.
  • Drive performance metrics and implement strategies that support timely, equitable access to care across the organization.
  • Champion change management efforts and foster cross‑functional partnerships to advance access‑related goals with clarity and consistency.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED and relevant job experience; preferred: Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of relevant experience, including 1 year of leadership experience.
