Horizon Health Corporation is seeking a Nurse Manager to work on the inpatient psychiatric units (42 adult/dual diagnosis beds and 18 adolescent beds) in Montgomery, AL. The Nurse Manager plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients. He/she provides managerial support in conjunction with the clinical leadership by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing and patient care personnel. He/she contributes to the facility through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, participation on the treatment team(s).
