Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3-5 years of experience leading a sales team within foodservice distribution sales required.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing regional chain, multi-unit, or restaurant accounts preferred.
Strong understanding of foodservice operations, products, distribution, and customer needs.
Proven track record of achieving sales growth and customer retention objectives through effective sales leadership.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive profitable growth.
Proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
