Position Summary
The Manager-MB Clinics (RN) is responsible for the growth, development, and operations of assigned programs/departments in all South Sound locations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining clinical standards and competencies, continuous survey readiness, and coordination of regulated and elective education and training. The incumbent determines and maintains processes to achieve increasingly effective and efficient clinical personnel performance and quality. This position will also be responsible for interpreting and integrating policies and procedures in a clinic office setting.
This individual maintains broad responsibilities for all administrative functions of the practice locations, including operations, marketing, finance, assisting in managed care/third party contracting when requested, physician compensation and reimbursement information when requested, human resource management, medical and business information systems, ancillary service general knowledge and planning and development. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.
