Southwire Company, a leader in technology and innovation, seeks a Maintenance & Engineering leader to drive equipment reliability and production efficiency at our Bremeneast facility. You will guide engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff across shifts, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
Role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience, CMPRP or equivalent certification, and a track record of managing teams (>40).

Manages a team of maintenance and engineering professionals responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Is accountable for team performance, equipment uptime, and the successful execution of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. Adapts departmental priorities in response to operational needs, resource availability, and production demands. Makes decisions within defined policies and procedures and receives direction from senior leadership as needed. Provides hands-on technical guidance to team members, cross-functional partners, and external vendors.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Licenses/Certificates: Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent
Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
Field of Expertise: Managing maintenance and engineering resources
Licenses/Certificates: Professional Engineer (PE) licenseProject Management Professional (PMP)OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Certification
