Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of HII, seeks a senior technical leader to guide multiple software and systems engineering teams from design through sustainment. You will manage SharePoint Online and SAP Finance while advancing Agile and DevOps to improve delivery quality.

The role requires a strong track record leading technical teams and collaborating effectively across business and technology groups in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of progressive technical experience; or a Master’s degree with 4 years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate across business and technology groups.

• Lead multiple software and systems engineering teams to design, build, and sustain technology solutions.
