Job summary

HireAlice is seeking a skilled software professional to design, develop, and maintain software, scripts, and tools, translating product requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions. You will lead assigned projects and releases by defining scope, plans, schedules, and deliverables, communicating progress and risks, and documenting systems while collaborating across teams in an Agile environment.

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong software design, architecture and programming skills.
• Experience managing projects and requirements in an Agile/Scrum environment and the ability to troubleshoot and estimate work across multiple complex projects.
