Overview: The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the site's Manufacturing Engineering organization to ensure safe, capable, and efficient manufacturing processes that support operational excellence and long-term business growth.
This role provides technical leadership for process development, equipment reliability, manufacturing standardization, capital projects, capacity expansion, and continuous process improvement. The Manufacturing Engineering Manager partners closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Product Engineering, and Continuous Improvement to improve process capability, eliminate manufacturing constraints, accelerate new product introduction, and deliver sustainable improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and productivity.
The successful candidate is a visible technical leader who develops engineering talent, drives disciplined project execution, and ensures manufacturing processes remain robust, standardized, and scalable to support current and future business demands.
