We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our Front Office team. We offer:

As Front Desk Manager, you will assist the Front Office Manager in leading the guest service team and managing daily hotel operations to ensure outstanding guest service and financial performance.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing front desk and night audit operations in collaboration with the Front Office Manager
  • Leading by example during shifts with excellent leadership and hospitality skills
  • Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating front desk staff
  • Maintaining service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction
  • Identifying performance gaps and implementing corrective measures
  • Ensuring guest and team member satisfaction

Are you the right fit?

You are an approachable leader with a positive attitude, strong engagement skills, and a passion for exceptional service. You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar hotel role, with excellent communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent
