Chartwells Higher Education is seeking a Catering Manager to lead the catering department, supervise staff, coordinate event setups, and ensure high-quality service for on-site and off-site events. The role includes budgeting, cost control, and working with chefs on menu planning.
The ideal candidate has catering management experience, knowledge of sanitation and food cost controls, and proficiency with MS Office tools.
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Catering Department in all duties including training new associates, overseeing event setups, and directing any temporary personnel in addition to their everyday assignments. You will ensure proper service to clients during events, including proper setup, cleaning, and breakdown procedures.
