The role oversees day-to-day operations, financial performance, and project execution from initiation through closeout, while leading and developing team members and establishing clear performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, supply chain management, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages operational and customer-focused projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Leads and develops team members by establishing performance objectives, conducting performance evaluations, supporting hiring decisions, and reinforcing accountability for results.
• Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and success criteria in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Develops and manages budgets, forecasts, and resource plans to maintain cost control and financial accountability.
• Monitors financial performance including cost management, billing, collections, forecasting, and preparation of Monthly Status Reports.
• Identifies operational risks and implements mitigation strategies to maintain continuity, customer satisfaction, and business line performance.
• Procures, tracks, and manages equipment, materials, and operational resources to support ongoing work and service delivery.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in construction operations, project management, business operations, or a related field required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a people leadership or supervisory role required.
