Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a hands-on leader for our Distribution Center operations in Colorado. You will guide teams, optimize inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering reliable service to customers.

You will analyze performance data, set clear expectations, and mentor staff to drive results. This role emphasizes process discipline, safety, and strong communication across departments to support company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Distribution Center operations experience.
• Experience managing inventory and purchasing processes.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements such as DOT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze reports and drive data-based improvements across operations.
• Establish and enforce processes for sales, accounting, safety, and HR compliance.

Preferably, YOU have:

Inventory management and purchasing experience

5+ years of Distribution Center operations experience

Experience maintaining processes and procedures

An understanding of DOT regulations

Pay: $ 58,204.12 - $83,148.75 per year.
