Core & Main, based in St. Louis, seeks a hands-on DC Operations Manager to lead day-to-day distribution center activities, ensure on-time delivery, and coach a team of coordinators and associates.

You will analyze reports, enforce DOT compliance, optimize processes, and maintain strong workflows for safety, quality, and cost control across our distribution network.

This role offers growth opportunities and a path to operational excellence in a nationwide supplier.

Formación

• Must have strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience in inventory management and purchasing for a distribution center.
• 5+ years in distribution center operations with compliance focus (DOT regs).
• Proven ability to analyze data, optimize processes and coach staff.

• Lead daily DC operations to ensure accuracy and on-time shipments.
• Coach and mentor a team of coordinators and hourly associates.
• Oversee inventory control, safety practices, and regulatory compliance.

Preferably, YOU Have

• Inventory management and purchasing experience
• Customer service experience
• 5+ years of Distribution Center operations experience
• Experience maintaining processes and procedures
• An understanding of DOT regulations
