Intelas, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Manager of Biomedical Services to oversee the operations of an assigned account across biomedical asset management programs. The role focuses on uptime, regulatory compliance, and coordinated service delivery for hospitals and clinics.

The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure software integrity, manage budgets, and coordinate with senior leadership to align service levels with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Certification/Associate Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Technology or equivalent experience.
• At least five years’ experience in the biomedical field.
• At least four years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers on-call, maintenance and inspection schedules.
• Reviews and approves purchase orders.
• Plans, organizes, and directs effective performance of contracts via management of account personnel.
• Ensures the validity of the asset management software program and administers the software to ensure timely work orders.
• Reviews financial statements and performs budget preparation with senior management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

This individual will be directly responsible for the overall operation and management of an assigned Account.

Qualifications:

• At least five years’ experience in the biomedical field
• At least four years’ supervisory experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer services skills
