Job description

**Job Description**

BAE Systems is seeking a qualified Program Manager to support the readiness and sustainment of the US Air Force ICBM program.

Duties:

  1. Serve as a focal point for assigned projects, reporting to the Program Manager.
  2. Lead a team of engineers in modeling and flight simulations of a ballistic weapon system.
  3. Develop and deliver the annual Weapon System Effectiveness Report.
  4. Maintain and upgrade simulation capabilities through software development, integration, and testing.
  5. Manage the team responsible for the weapon system simulation baseline and documentation, utilizing configuration management processes.
  6. Develop and execute simulation Verification & Validation plans for new hardware integration.
  7. Support operations, maintenance, and testing of the ICBM system through multidisciplinary engineering analyses.
  8. Provide regular status briefings to the customer.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years or Master's degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • Progressive experience in systems integration and analysis of military hardware/software systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Experience supporting project technical managers and providing technical guidance.
  • Technical leadership across hardware/software design, analysis, development, integration, and implementation.
  • Ability to determine appropriate technologies for engineering solutions.

Pay Range: $106,654 - $181,311, based on market pay structures, skills, education, and experience.
