Job summary

SV Recovery in Los Angeles is seeking an MFT-Associate/Certified Counselor to manage clinical integrity and supervise staff in Detox and Residential programs. The role includes conducting individual and group counseling, developing treatment programs, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in addiction treatment, relevant licensure, and strong communication skills. This position encompasses both direct client services and administrative responsibilities in a high-stress environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of previous chemical dependency treatment experience.
• Maintains current counselor licensure or certification (CADAC/NADAC).
• Experience in addiction field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical integrity of the program.
• Provide clinical supervision to counselors and case management staff.
