MFLC Business Innovations Project Manager (Remote) (Finance)

Responsible for managing various projects for corporate and strategic business units (SBUs) to achieve clinical and operational goals. Ensures alignment with Magellan's strategic objectives and supports project planning and execution, including establishing deadlines, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. Prepares status reports for upper management. Familiar with field concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Ensures on-time delivery of clinical and operational projects.
• Verifies and assesses project deliverables.
• Collaborates with leadership to define project goals, objectives, and success criteria.
• Coordinates resources across departments to meet project expectations.
• Develops and monitors project plans, ensuring necessary support and tools are available.
• Engages with business process owners to clarify project success factors.
• Provides long-term project management expertise as needed.
• Leads meetings with SMEs, documenting minutes and follow-ups.
• Alerts executive management to risks and concerns.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Works collaboratively with others.
