Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Operate Warehouse and Inventory equipment efficiently.
  • Diagnose and repair routine equipment issues; perform preventative maintenance.
  • Support the Sr. Process Technician when needed without disrupting operations.
  • Communicate issues related to equipment, process, or safety to supervisors.
  • Participate in training to improve skills; pursue continuous learning.
  • Lead by example in safety, process improvement, and housekeeping.
  • Promote teamwork and quality assurance.
  • Follow safe work practices and report unsafe conditions or injuries.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 12-24 months experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment.
  • Basic computer skills; SAP experience preferred.
  • Lift/move up to 40 lbs occasionally.
  • Stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders, work at heights.
  • Valid driver’s license or eligibility for one in Florida.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Work in noisy environments with hearing protection.
  • Availability for overtime, including weekends.
