DPR Construction is seeking a framing technician in Phoenix to perform metal stud framing within prefabricated assemblies. You will interpret drawings, maintain dimensional accuracy, and ensure safety and production standards are met on site.
With 2–4 years of related experience, you will use hand and power tools to assemble framing components, identify issues, and document quality checks as part of a collaborative team focused on delivering high‑quality construction projects.

Performs standard metal stud framing activities by independently executing defined assembly processes within prefabricated assemblies. Supports consistent quality and throughput by interpreting drawings, maintaining dimensional accuracy, and identifying framing issues. Enhances manufacturing efficiency by applying technical knowledge to layout, fastening, and alignment tasks. Maintains compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements throughout framing operations.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
2 – 4 years of experience in metal stud framing, manufacturing, prefabrication, or a related construction environment required.
