Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Electrician for our Surprise, AZ facility to perform standard electrical installation activities within prefabricated assemblies, following drawings and specs to ensure quality and throughput.

You will interpret shop drawings, use hand and power tools, maintain safety, assist with documentation, and coordinate with peers and adjacent trades to keep production flowing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of electrical installation experience in manufacturing, prefabrication, or construction.
• Certifications and licenses not required.

Supports consistent quality and throughput by installing wiring, devices, and components in accordance with drawings and specifications. Enhances manufacturing efficiency by identifying installation issues and applying standard corrective actions. Maintains compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements across electrical work areas.
