Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA seeks a CMO Manufacturing Technician I - Packaging to inspect products, operate packaging equipment, and complete precise production records. The role requires adherence to GDP and cGMP standards and includes cross-training and participation in basic bulk packaging activities.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and willingness to follow SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Packaging experience preferred.
• SAP transactions required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Learn, understand and follow GMPs and SOPs for production tasks.
• Must have legible handwriting and accurately complete production records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products using manual or semi-automatic processes.
• Operate processing equipment per GDP and cGMP requirements.
• Complete documentation for operations performed.
• Perform operational checks, preventive care and minor adjustments.
• Cross-train and perform basic bulk packaging activities.
• Operate the Vision system and handle material transfers.
• Read and follow SOPs for production processes.
• Receive training as needed and follow supervisor directions.

Job Description:

The CMO Manufacturing Technician I - Packaging will routinely inspect products using manual or semi-automatic inspection processes. Products to be inspected are provided in a variety of vial sizes and fill volumes. Technicians will operate critical processing equipment within the facility according to GDP and cGMP requirements. Accurately complete documentation for operations performed. Performance of operational checks, preventive care, and minor adjustments to equipment, as well as cross-training, are also required.

• Pass inspection qualification program. Inspection qualification program must be maintained annually.
• Inspect product at assigned areas to ensure production of quality products.
• Read and follow established Standard Operating Procedures covering operation and documentation of production processes.
• Accurate documentation of production processes on production records.
• Perform area clearances.
• Perform basic bulk packaging activities.
• Operate the Vision system.
• Perform material transfers.
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Specialist. Receive any training or education necessary to the performance of an assigned activity.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Packaging experience preferred
• SAP transactions required
• Basic Computer Skills required
• Learn, understand, and follow current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard (GMPs) Operating Procedures while performing the tasks relevant to this position
• Must possess legible handwriting and be able to accurately and neatly complete production records

Vision Requirements:

14/14 Corrected Near-Point

Pass Color Deficiency Test

Other Physical requirements:

• Must be Able to Lift 50lbs or Less Unassisted.
• Prolonged Sitting and Standing

Shift:

Friday-Sunday Every Other Thursday | 6:00AM-6:00PM
