Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA, is hiring a CMO Manufacturing Technician I - Packaging to inspect products, operate packaging equipment, and document processes per GMP standards. The role offers on-site, full-time employment with a starting wage and shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits starting day one.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and familiarity with GMP/SOP procedures. SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Packaging experience preferred.
• SAP transactions required.
• Basic Computer Skills required.
• Learn, understand, and follow current GMPs and SOPs while performing tasks.
• Must have legible handwriting and be able to complete production records neatly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products using manual or semi-automatic inspection processes.
• Operate critical processing equipment per GDP and cGMP requirements.
• Accurately document production operations.
• Perform area clearances and basic bulk packaging activities.
• Operate the Vision system and perform material transfers.
• Receive training for assigned activities.

Job Description:

The CMO Manufacturing Technician I - Packaging will routinely inspect products using manual or semi-automatic inspection processes. Products to be inspected are provided in a variety of vial sizes and fill volumes. Technicians will operate critical processing equipment within the facility according to GDP and cGMP requirements. Accurately complete documentation for operations performed. Performance of operational checks, preventive care, and minor adjustments to equipment, as well as cross-training, are also required.

• Pass inspection qualification program. Inspection qualification program must be maintained annually.
• Inspect product at assigned areas to ensure production of quality products.
• Read and follow established Standard Operating Procedures covering operation and documentation of production processes.
• Accurate documentation of production processes on production records.
• Perform area clearances.
• Perform basic bulk packaging activities.
• Operate the Vision system.
• Perform material transfers.
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Specialist. Receive any training or education necessary to the performance of an assigned activity.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Packaging experience preferred
• SAP transactions required
• Basic Computer Skills required
• Learn, understand, and follow current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard (GMPs) Operating Procedures while performing the tasks relevant to this position
• Must possess legible handwriting and be able to accurately and neatly complete production records

Vision Requirements:

• 14/14 Corrected Near-Point
• Pass Color Deficiency Test

Other Physical requirements:

• Must be Able to Lift 50lbs or Less Unassisted.
• Prolonged Sitting and Standing

Location: Spokane, WA — On Site, Full- -Time

Shift: Monday-Wednesday Every other Thursday | 6:00AM-6:00PM
