Amgen is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician - Days to support aseptic and non-aseptic bulk manufacturing. You will perform processes per SOPs and Batch Records, set up materials, handle samples, and ensure strict cGMP adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with manufacturing experience or an associate degree. A GMP background and ability to work 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP/regulated environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GMP principles.
• Drug substance manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks over a shift.
• Ability to assemble, disassemble, operate and understand basic equipment per procedures.
• Basic understanding of measurements and the metric system.
• Ability to work effectively individually and in a team.
• Ability to document process tasks in electronic batch records.

Responsabilités

• Perform simple to moderately complex manufacturing processes per SOPs and batch records.
• Set up and breakdown of single-use materials.
• Weigh and dispense raw materials.
• Operate and monitor clean systems, autoclaves and processing equipment.
• Collect, process, store and deliver samples.
• Reconcile products and components.
• Prepare and transfer solutions.
• Handle materials and operate power industrial equipment.
• Adhere to cGMP and complete documentation accurately.
