$59.45-$74.08/Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management through deployment of a Structured on the Job Training (supplier) tool for Aircraft Mechanic development.
  • Work directly with program functional customers and a technical team including IT both internally and externally (supplier),
  • Learn Program Managers/Instructional Developers, Coaches, Trainers, Trainees, Manufacturing Managers and other Project Managers for alignment.
  • Work with several programs simultaneously to ensure both standardization and meeting individual program/division needs based on skills, work instruction detail, rate and complexity.
  • Support multiple sites across the United States including Union and Non-Union work environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years related work experience
