What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects through the deployment of a Structured on the Job Training tool for Aircraft Mechanic development
- Collaborate directly with program functional customers and a technical team, including IT both internally and externally
- Align with Program Managers, Instructional Developers, Coaches, Trainers, Trainees, and Manufacturing Managers across several programs
- Ensure standardization while meeting individual program/division needs based on skills, work instruction detail, rate, and complexity
- Support operations across both Union and Non-Union work environments in the U.S.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with typically 15 or more years of related work experience
- Proven experience in project management within the aerospace or defense sector
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while ensuring quality and compliance
- Experience in training and development for technical roles

- Experience working in both Union and Non-Union environments
- Familiarity with Structured on the Job Training methodologies
