Perform tasks related to preventative maintenance, mechanical machine repairs, inspection and testing of equipment, building maintenance, and specific projects. Ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve plant performance in Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and our Customer 1st strategy. Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient mechanical skills in electrical, welding, fabrication, utilities, or basic PLCs.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Sense of urgency during downtime.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Reliable, dependable, self-motivated, and able to organize tasks independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in food manufacturing and knowledge of GMP.
• 2+ years maintenance mechanic experience or relevant training/certification.
• Ability to operate machine tools and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Ability to document work and support plant initiatives.
• Ability to work around food allergens.
