MFG MACHINE OPERATOR (Finance)

Responsible for all aspects of machine operation and changeover activities to achieve and maintain world-class quality. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and our Customer 1st strategy. Minimum requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Desired qualifications and responsibilities:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous food manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Operate and maintain assigned machine safely.
  • Complete safety observations and standard work procedures.
  • Verify components and monitor product quality.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Participate in Total Process Control activities.
  • Work around ingredients/products containing food allergens.
  • Follow programs and policies to produce safe, quality foods.
  • Accountable to Food Safety and Quality Principles.
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
  • Work hours may include overtime as needed.

Salary Range: $21.50 - $26.88
