MFG HPWS TECHNICIAN ENTRY LEVEL (Finance)

Perform required tasks and duties for the designated position, as determined by team composition and crewing needs. Maintain timely progress through assigned operational training. Flexibly perform a variety of roles in a team-based environment. Ensure all jobs are performed safely, efficiently, and accurately to enhance the plant's performance in Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and our Customer 1st strategy. Provide leadership embodying our 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years old
  • Basic mechanical reasoning skills
  • Basic reading and math skills (including counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
