MFG Fork Lift Operator - 3rd Shift (Finance)

Responsible for all aspects of warehouse operation, including equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all assigned job functions to achieve and maintain world-class quality. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently, and accurately to support the plant's performance in Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and our Customer 1st strategy. Minimum Requirements:
  • Basic math skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Operate and maintain assigned machines and equipment safely to meet daily orders
  • Follow all safety procedures, including PPE usage
  • Monitor product quality standards
  • Adhere to warehouse policies and standard work procedures
  • Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely
  • Arrange maintenance and repairs for equipment as needed
  • Complete safety observations and maintain a clean work area
  • Verify components before starting jobs and complete all documentation clearly
  • Participate in Total Process Control (TPC) activities
  • Oversee warehouse operations, maintain attendance, and work overtime as needed
  • Follow programs and policies to produce safe, quality foods complying with regulations and company standards
  • Adhere to Food Safety and Quality Principles
  • Work around ingredients and products containing food allergens
  • Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
