Job summary

A global leader in critical infrastructure technology is looking for a candidate to coordinate technical support and improve processes. The successful candidate will assist in quality control, recommend improvements, and work cross-functionally. Applicants must be self-motivated, able to lift 50 pounds, and foster teamwork. This position requires working long hours and a variety of shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Coordinates all functions related to technical support for specified departments. Assists coach(es) with technical resources necessary to improve efficiencies and quality. Assures that all processes in the technical support areas conform to Liebert Quality System. Assist with corrective action and follows up with quality issues. Responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, evaluating, and recommending process improvements; time studies; work instructions; assisting with tooling modifications; and assisting with relocating and setting up of stations. Assists coach(es) with the coordination of departmental safety team meetingsp>
