Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate departmental technical support activities and assist coaches with technical resources to improve efficiency and quality.
• Assist with corrective actions and follow up on quality issues.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Conduct time studies and develop/work instructions.
• Assist with tool and jig modifications and workstation ergonomics improvements.
• Support relocation and setup of stations as needed and participate in safety team meetings.

Coordinates all functions related to technical support for specified departments.Assists coach(es) with technical resources necessary to improve efficiencies and quality. Assures that all processes in the technical support areas conform to Liebert Quality System.Assist with corrective action and follows up with quality issues. Responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, evaluating, and recommending process improvements; time studies; work instructions; assisting with tooling modifications; and assisting with relocating and setting up of stations. Assists coach(es) with the coordination of departmental safety team meetings.
