Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role involves executing scheduled maintenance and tracking parts to ensure equipment readiness for production.

You will complete qualifications to bring equipment out of maintenance, and analyze maintenance data to identify PM improvements. A 12-hour compressed shift is required, with day shifts that include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of hands-on mechanical maintenance or repair experience required.
• Ability to work a 12-hour compressed schedule required.
• Day shift includes one weekend shift and holidays.

• Execute scheduled maintenance work adhering to the approved best known method for all tasks completed

• Completion of qualifications required to bring equipment fully out of maintenance state and into production


• Tracking of critical data from performed maintenance to define improvement opportunities for optimal PM performance

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED


• 18 years of age or older


• 2 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance or repair experience


• Ability to work 12 hour compressed work schedule


• Ability to work day shift that will include one weekend shift and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong interest in and capability of performing mechanical and maintenance activities on tool sets


• Commitment to working via a highly standardized set of instructions is required


• Effective teaming with both engineering and manufacturing teams is required


• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is a plus


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to quickly ramp on new tools and processes


• Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
