Mezcal Brand Ambassador – New York

Are you passionate about mezcal and skilled in sales? Catedral Mezcal, the #1 awarded artisanal, handmade mezcal in the country, is looking for dynamic, outgoing, and motivated professionals to help us expand our presence in New York City and potentially surrounding areas . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing premium mezcal brand while maintaining a flexible schedule.

About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for developing relationships with both on-premise (80%) and off-premise (20%) accounts to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You’ll conduct tastings, educate industry professionals, and play a key role in getting our mezcal featured on cocktail menus and retail shelves.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Account Development – Identify, pitch, and maintain relationships with on-premise (bars, restaurants) and off-premise (retail) accounts.
* Tastings & Staff Training – Educate bartenders, bar managers, and retail staff on the story and quality of our mezcal.
* Brand Activation – Represent the brand at industry events, promotional activations, and consumer tastings.
* Market Insights & Reporting – Track account progress, provide feedback on sales trends, and communicate regularly with the team.

Who You Are:
** Connected in the industry – Experience in hospitality, wine and/or spirits sales, bartending, or restaurant management is a plus.
** A Natural Salesperson – Comfortable pitching, networking, and closing deals.
** Passionate About Mezcal & Spirits – Enthusiasm goes a long way.
** Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – You thrive on building something from the ground up and hold yourself accountable.
