Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Metrology, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment performing dimensional inspection and metrology.
• Proficient in metrology equipment including CMMs, optical comparators, micrometers, and calipers.
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application in measurement and inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Experience with metrology software for data analysis and reporting (PC-DMIS, Calypso).

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintain measurement tools and equipment according to established procedures.
• Analyze measurement data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product quality.
