Job summary

Fluke Corporation in Everett, WA, seeks a Metrology Technician for the first shift to calibrate long-scale digital multimeters and RF calibrators in an ISO 17025-compliant lab. You will document results, maintain standards, and support manufacturing with precise, traceable calibrations.

You will work with hands-on equipment (DMMs, scopes, calibrators) and collaborate with a skilled team, with shift differential and growth opportunities in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on calibration/test experience or technical training in electronics/metrology.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures in a quality-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Calibration and adjustment of long-scale DMMs and RF calibrators to support manufacturing.
• Execute calibration procedures using established methods and documented processes.
• Document results, collect data, and generate calibration records and certificates.
• Maintain calibration standards and meet schedules and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate across teams to resolve measurement challenges.
• Support continuous improvement focused on quality, throughput, and repeatability.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the lab team.
