Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a detail-oriented team member for the Microscopy department in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves overseeing production processes, preparing coupons (coating, cleaving, mounting), and reviewing analysis instructions to ensure accuracy.

You will liaise between Microscopy Operations and Production Control, provide system feedback, and support continuous improvement while upholding Lam’s core values and IP protection.

Qualifications

• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Adaptive, quick learner, and flexible.
• Ability to be extremely detail oriented, patient, organized, accountable, and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift ~25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing and maintaining the production processes within the Microscopy Department.
• Manage preparation tasks of coupons for analysis, including coating, cleaving, mounting of samples.
• Review instruction documentation to confirm analysis locations and specifications.
• Act as a liaison between the Microscopy Operations and Production Control teams.
• Provide feedback on systems and work towards continuous improvement.
• Foster a healthy and inclusive work environment.
• Maintain professionalism and cordial working relationships.
