ICON is seeking a Metrology Technician II onsite in Lenexa, KS to support calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment for clinical research initiatives.

In this role you will perform routine calibration, document activities, and ensure compliance with GLP and regulatory requirements while collaborating with laboratory staff to ensure equipment readiness for experiments. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in metrology, engineering technology, or related field; bachelor's preferred.
• Entry-level calibration/metrology experience in a lab or coursework.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine calibration, maintenance, and repairs of laboratory instruments.
• Document calibration activities and maintain logs and equipment lists.
• Ensure GLP and regulatory documentation compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with lab personnel to meet equipment needs.
• Stay updated on metrology practices to improve accuracy.
