Job summary

Forge Biologics is seeking a Metrology Technician II to support calibration, controls maintenance, and continuous improvement of GMP manufacturing and lab equipment. You will ensure accurate calibrations and contribute to instrument quality across multiple systems.

The role requires 3+ years in calibration/controls, experience with CMMS and control systems, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. An engineering background and a cGMP context are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of calibration and controls experience.
• Experience maintaining, testing, repairing, and calibrating a wide range of complex equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills related to product quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial new equipment calibrations as required.
• Conduct planned calibrations and corrective work on instrumentation per internal procedures.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Process Development, and Facilities to minimize downtime.
